Who we are
Kalinasho Trading Enterprises CC is a close corporation registered in Namibia, processing and selling food and personal care products under the Kalinasho brand. References to “we” and “us” mean this business.
Orders
An order is placed when you send us a WhatsApp message, phone call or email requesting products and we confirm stock, the final total and delivery or collection details. Prices on this website are our current pack prices in Namibian dollars, but the confirmation in the chat is the binding total. We may decline an order if stock or delivery cannot be arranged.
Payment
Payment is by bank EFT, or cash on delivery or collection, as agreed in the chat before you commit. Wholesale customers may be invoiced on terms stated on the quote. Ownership passes when payment clears.
Delivery and collection
Delivery is quoted per order based on town and weight, or collected from 1756 Main Road, Old Ongwediva Street, Ongwediva during monday to saturday, 07:00 to 17:00. Risk passes to you on handover. See the delivery policy page for detail.
Products and labels
We describe our products honestly and confirm ingredients, allergens and dates before packing. Product photos on this site are of the actual Kalinasho packs; cards marked photo coming soon show no photo because we do not use stock photos of products that are not ours.
Returns
See the returns page on this site. In short: wrong, damaged or spoiled items are replaced or refunded when reported within the stated window.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Disputes are handled first by conversation, then in a Namibian court with jurisdiction over Ongwediva. Last updated: October 2026.
