What we collect

This website does not run analytics, advertising trackers or third party cookies, and it does not have server side forms. When you use a form on this site, the details you typed are composed into a WhatsApp message on your own device and sent by you. We receive it the same way we would receive any WhatsApp message from you.

In the course of an order or enquiry we may keep your name, contact number, delivery address and order history so we can serve you again. We collect only what we need to deliver products and answer you.

How we use it

We use your details to confirm orders, arrange delivery or pickup, issue quotes to retailers, and reply to questions. We may send you a message about your specific order. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add customers to marketing lists without their consent.

Storage and access

Order records are kept by the Kalinasho team on business devices, protected by phone locks and WhatsApp security. Only staff who need the details to serve you can see them. WhatsApp conversations are also governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@kalinasho.com or messaging +264 81 254 6850. We action reasonable requests within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons. This policy follows the Namibian Data Protection approach as it develops; we update this page when the law changes.

Children

Our products are for households, but this website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal information.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we update this page and change the date below. Last updated: October 2026.
