Fruit first: eembe (birdplum) berries make up 55 per cent of every jar. A deep-red jam set with fruit pectin and finished with citric acid, with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
Ready to eat: spread on bread, toast or crackers, or enjoy it by the spoonful.
